I love all Primo hoagie locations so I didn't think I could go wrong by going to the havertown one! BIG MISTAKE, customer service is awful they are so rude! Will drive to Springfield next time
Food was awesome !! Service sucked, 5 people behind the counter n only 1 was actually working the rest just wandered around n only 2 orders ahead of me n each one was1 hoagie time in store 20 minutes

Very slow and seem to be 30 min late on finishing orders.
Primos has great sandwiches , but horrible service... As in, possibly the worst service I've ever had anywhere. EVER.
