If you come to this Publix, make sure to stop by the deli and get a sub , they are great. My personal favorite is the chicken tender sub with a little lettuce and some honey mustard sauce , it is great.

If you swing by to shop around dinner time, they usually have their "Apron's" chef with free samples . They prepare simple dinner meals and always have the ingredients you will need right there!

This publix is in such a convenient location. It is nearby the USF campus, as well as near several student living apartments . The sales associates are all so friendly & willing to help.

We compared prices recently at the “superstores”and found our overall price per item remained lower at Publix. BOGOs are awesome. Staff is friendly and always willing to help to find an item.

While the Deli can be slow at times, the people working in the Fish and Meat areas are very helpful and kind. Great produce and often have many cash registers open. Great Publix.

If you are looking for great customer service, cleanliness, and fresh ingredients this is the place to go. Although Walmart and Winn-Dixie are right around the corner I always choose Publix.

Avoid shopping on Sundays and the week USF students return in the Fall. YIKES! The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Shopping truly is a pleasure there!

The sushi at this Publix never disappoints! It's meant to be a pick-up and go option but during my last visit, the employees recommended something I wouldn't usually try and I ended up loving it.

I love the friendly staff at this location. I like to stop by and grab a sub but I found that it saves time to order my sub online. It is so much easier than waiting in line .

Publix's weekly ads have great deals. They're buy on get one free specials are great for college students . Also, their freshly baked chocolate chip cookies in the bakery are awesome!

This isn't the best Publix in Tampa but I'd rather shop here than Wal-Mart on Fowler. The best parking spot is smack dab in front of the copy/printing shop that people neglect to even think about.

If you want a great chicken cordon bleu sub this publix is the best!! And it is pretty close to the appartments around USF..so easy to get to.

The Deli/Sub shop can get pretty backed up, but I'd still rather shop at this Publix after school, than the overcrowded ones in South Tampa. Staff and customer service is great.

The deli service took a while because there were more customers than workers, so expect to wait a few minutes! The employees were very helpful and the food was great!

Use the Fooducate app to scan products and find out what hidden chemicals and ingredients are used. Its a great way to identify GMO foods. If you don't know what GMOs watch Genetic Roulette.

This location is really nice and clean . Employees are always willing to help. Additionally, I never am waiting long in line for the greatest subs ever!

I have grown up with the Publix Supermarkets . From the deli to the bakery to the produce & meat dept. It's a joy.

Their mango key lime pie is the absolute best! 😋

Always Clean and well stocked. I prefer to shop this Publix over the nearest wal mart any day. And they have more organic selection then sweet bay .

I love the bakery section, the bread is always fresh and they have tasty things in hot case.

I love the deli here. They offer a great selection and make great subs as well .

The few things I love about this location: the sushi , rotisserie chicken , and the Boar 's Head Cuban sandwiches . :)

BTW... the reason why the deli is so busy is because the other location (on Busch & 56th) ALWAYS mess up the platter orders. I know from experience.

I visited this Publix on Fowler to do my grocery shopping, and I found there employees service to be helpful. However, I found the parking lot parking to be tedious, and the store was very crowded .

You can order your bakery and deli items ahead of time to avoid the long lines .

If you hate to wait at the Deli , call and have them fix whatever you want in advance... I've done that with their naked Hot and Spicy Wings or cutup Rotisserie Chicken ...

Great place to shop. Glad they offer help to the car. May need to take them up on that.

Do you know how many things they do in the deli ? They have platters to make, orders that are called in, answering phones, and taking care of the people at the counter. Lack of people isnt the issue.

There is a lady here that gives you free wine . She calls it a "sample".

Public is one of the nicest grocery stores . They don't have it up north.

Watch for Buy 1, Get 1 deals. Easiest way to save a ton of money!

They should definitely improve on vegetarian and vegan oppions, the virety is quite small.-.

Soda fountain over flowing, messy sub makers and unorganized workers. Rather go to the one on Busch . More crowded but at least the workers are nicer and much better subs !

Store is open until 11 p.m. every night. Super convenient!

I love the brown rice sushi ! Get there early, more choices and fresher!

FYI- Food at the Deli is great, but Worst wait time....ever! The pharmacy crew is pretty kick-ass, if i do say so myself! =]
