difficult to understand the rating of this place. Poor and very limited choice on the menu. 13£ for a French toast which is really average !! Very noisy place ! Why do people queue to go there ???

Best department store in London. Recommend the food hall as well. And if you go there half an hour before closing on sundays..a lot of the fresh deli foods (sushi/sandwiches/pies etc) are half price! - James K22
