Superb! Nice collections, very well presented, interesting and with educational leaflets and documentaries . Don't miss calligraphy section!
Very pleasant surprise in the not so touristic emirate; beautiful and modern museum - it's a must visit for everyone;
The real treasures are showcased on the first floor , so you may wish to start there rather than on the ground floor .
Affordable pastries and cakes at the cafe where you can take a break after going around the museum . Try the devil's chocolate cake at only AED 7 per slice!
Check the series of historic pictures of Hajj and the series of coins from different Islamic eras on the ground floor . Enjoy the audiovisual show before entering the first floor of the museum . Read more
Beautiful, make sure you ask for the audio guide at the reception before you get in...
It was interesting to see it all however if one isn’t interested in Arabic culture then would be bored.
Great time and lots of interesting information ????
Glorious sunset over Sharjah, few days ago.
Amazing, return me back thousand years, to our glory.
Valuable to be here
I like here
well u guys need to have look on the islamic civilization how gr8 they r :D
This museum is a little boring. While the exhibits are well done the content isn't that interesting. On the plus side it's only 5d.

Always bargain. Don't buy hijabs for more than 20 if the quality is good and even 20 is too much. Only AMAZING scarves should be 25. There's a shop where every scarf is 10 dhs and all are great picks. - Emaan Khan
Visit the Sharjah 15 Biennial. It's free! The building is beautiful and well air-conditioned. The staff speak English and are friendly. - Stavroula Konidari
Gets crowded during the day specially during the weekends, more peaceful at nights. Nice place to grab dinner and enjoy the beach. - Mohamed Alrais
