I've been called "buddy" 3,495 times since I bought my tea this morning. And I such a way that I don't want to harm the guy doing it, so that's a customer service WIN!
Although it isn't on the menu, Kenny can do a "flat white " if you ask him.
Sometimes staff are good. Sometimes not. Ordered a mocha with whipped cream . Ended up with no whipped cream and about 3cm of foam.
