The store in Ginza is better, imo. This one doesn’t have as many options available, less staff , and the Ginza store is just nicer overall.

Yep! They sell Apple things here... lots of them.

Sooo crowded ! Smells like a mix of sweat and deodorant. Yet somehow the staff still manage to greet us despite the sea of people.

They sell Phillips' HUE lights!! Awesome!

Go to the Ginza Apple store if you need anything. Much better service and capability there. ここで「直すの無理です」って言われた故障を銀座 店では10分で直してくれた。行くなら銀座 店がオススメ！

2018/10/26 AM 8:00 リニューアルオープンし、渋谷に Apple が帰ってきました

突然のトラブルに遭い、事前予約 をしなくてもキャンセル待ちで対応 してもらえます。受付状況にも依ますが、早ければ15分程度、長くても二時間程度とのこと。

駅から近く修理などにはもってこいの場所なのですが、店員 の対応 が雑です。修理にはジーニアス予約 していても30分待なんて当たり前です。また故障の点を言っても、わからないの一点張りで何回も担当員を変えられました。

ここで対応 してくれなくても、すぐ近くのビルの３Ｆくらいにある、iPhone修理専門店みたいなところに持っていくと、対応 してくれることもあります。 僕は本体一式買い替えの所を、5000円の修理で済みました！

アップルストア はアメリカのApple Inc.直接のオペレーションコントロール下なので、初台方面のアップルジャパンさんと微妙なチカラ関係です。物品の購入を検討するのであれば、ストアで知識を得て家電量販店 さんで購入してポイント還元してもらうのも一つの手です。

サポートに関しては何をするにもジーニアスの事前予約 が必要。この杓子定規なシステムを受けいれられるなら、なかなか素敵なお店です(笑)

あまりオススメしませんが、お願いすれば店頭に展示 されてるMacBookのコードを使って自分のMacも充電 してくれます、但し置きっぱなしは不可

Apple Storeと言うSSIDで接続すると、高速WiFi接続可能。iPhone5で30Mbps！

都内の他の店舗と比べると、すいている感じがします。小ぶりな店舗です。

Genius barはiphone, ipadにシフトして、macユーザは当日予約 しにくくなったよ。2-3日先を見越して予約 すること。

Apple のSIte 見ると「iPhoneの商標は、アイホン株式会社のライセンスにもとづき使用されています。」って書いてあるけど、知ってたｗ？

店内に入るとiPhone/iPod touchをWi-fiにオンするとセキュアでコネクトできる。Airport/AirMac extremeのようで早いよ。お店の前の歩道にも届くのでメール、インターネット チェックしようとしたらOKです。

Wi-Fiは、Apple StoreとApple Demoが使えます。Storeの方は普通にネットに繋がるようです。

クレジットカードでお買い物できます。サインはもちろんiPhoneのタッチパネルに手書きですよ。すごい時代になりましたね。

ジーニアスバーで店員 に聞いても、ときどき間違ったことを言う場合があるので、他の店員 に聞いたり、名前を控えておくようにしたほうがいいです。

予約 した時間に行きましたが、そこから30分待ち。

国内のアップルストア 第二号店ちょくちょくアーティスト招待して店内でライブやってるので運がよければタダで見られるかも

ジーニアスの相談は便宜上15分間だけど、ちゃんと終るまでつき合ってくれますよ。
