Huge open spaces . Never or hardly ever have to wait for a machine. They provide all the work out clothing so all you need to bring is your shoes . It is expensive with rates going up every year.

Some members need to learn what's gym etiquette - gym equipment is there to be used, not to sit on. Get your sets on & move on, don't sit on the machines & play with your phone, there are other users

Despite Mongkok being known for its dense population, Pure @ Langham Place is lightly populated and spacious with courteous trainers . Machines are not as new as Soho or IFC, but definitely cleaner.

Love this gym . Not the most convenient to access from langham mall but spacious . Andres bodypump classes are great!

The InBody here is *outside* the private trainer area. Free for all and no need to endure the sales talk.

possibly the most underrated centre out of all, but it's bigger, it's less packed and it's cleaner. all they need is free fruits !

HUGE gym - spacious and clean . Good amount of machines.

Crowded and dirty changing rooms. Staff not so pleasant. Visit Pure on the island side. Much nicer!

Bigger free weights area than IFC branch.

If you want to actually learn how to box correctly, take the boxing circuit with Laurence.

Nice hotel

Hygiene turn out to be a problem in the male changing room. Insects here and there.

all they need is an olympic platform .
