Lovely library with great design and style: it's like a mini complex with 3 buildings connected by bridges , tons of books and magazines also in english, music and movies as well

Right now a Beatles exhibit , lots of memorabilia ! Buy a drink at Starbucks or Cafe on 2nd floor, grab any book or magazine find a seat and enjoy!

Plenty of electric plugs for your phone and laptops. There are lounges on 1st and 2nd floor of Tsutaya. Anjin lounge is expensive but you will get nice ambient atmosphere to rest or read in exchange.

Nothing quite like the upstairs library bar in NYC, closest comp is probably the Nomad Library . Cocktails were perfect, and the gimlet is made with yuzu instead of lime .

2013年 8/31まで、19時以降 2時間駐車場 が無料です。その後も続けて欲しいですが（苦笑）

每次必来。一来就会买多，这次亦如，买了两大袋子书之后，不敢再逛，仓皇而逃。

付設の駐車場 は通常300円／15分とかなり高額。ただし期間限定 という但し書きはあるものの、2013年 春の時点では毎日夜19時以降 は無条件に2時間無料サービス となっている(買物すれば、無料駐車時間はさらに上乗せされる)
