Unbelievable amazing restaurant in Paris . Very expensive but worth every euro
Their langoustines on pastry canapés are excellent. I also had their pigeon pastilla, and it was to die for. Excellent quality of ingredients, perfect blend of herbs & sauces.

3 étoiles . Dans un décor de grande demeure aristocratique du 18e siècle, le cuisinier Bernard Pacaud et son fils ont fait un lieu moderne et raffiné où les saveurs s'harmonisent avec brio.
Local fantástico, equipe apaixonada. Em plena place des Vosges, um doslugares mais encantadores de Paris. Melhor carré d'agneau que já tive oportunidade de comer. Um mimo.
Les oeufs coques mollets à la truffe sont extra... Quant aux macarons à la fraise ... Une tuerie!!!
