Amazingly authentic British pub styling and fare. The food is awesome and a very nice selection of beer and wine . The bar looks very well stocked for a near endless variety of cocktails . Top notch!!!
The fries (chips ) are really outstanding. I wouldn't usually say that about a place. They are prototypical. Good food. Friendly . Wonderful beer list with UK influence: a few nitro taps. Comfy .
Fantastic, cozy and unique place for a bite and a drink. A refreshing break from the loud college-oriented bars of Lincoln Park . Great whiskey collection, take the bartenders ' recommendations.
With a reputation as one of the most haunted bars in Chicago and a British manor interior that resembles a scene from the board game Clue, it's hard not to pass up a visit to the Red Lion Pub.
There's a selection of hard to get British ales on tap , great for the expats. Beautifully refurnished for its reopening, the atmosphere is relaxed and the food delicious.
The food is straight forward but often delicious. Great selection of British style ales on draft as well as some pilsners that are difficult to find.
Cozy and warm pub , serving up great British food and beer . An oasis for adults in the otherwise undergrad focused area of Lincoln Park .
Not only awesome food and drinks but AWESOME owner...Collin is worth just sitting there at the bar for
The bookcases and decor is amazing. Such a cozy place to relax in the winter with the fireplace roaring.
I love the Lion Stout they have on tap from Lion Brewery Ceylon in Sri Lanka.
Beautiful space, great food, great conversation, and very good drink variety
The Welsh Rarebit is amazing!
Cozy pub with a fairly traditional menu
The food is decent, but you can find better British pub fare elsewhere for the same price range. I also found their draft beer list a bit lacking. I'd recommend going to Owen and Engine instead.
Good service . Bartender was a throwback conversationalist, a dieing breed.
One of the best pubs around.
Slightly older crowd than most places on this strip.
Had my first Brandy here...
Good British pub
Very cozy place with a fireplace, books, and amazing Mac and cheese. - Mark Brouch
A fun little neighborhood bar that turns pretty rowdy after the sun sets. Lots of fun music and dancing. - Jon B.
Great neighborhood pub with excellent food. Irish beef steak wrap, buffalo tenders, grilled cheese, Irish breakfast are my favorites. And great fries! - Stephen Garvey
So many phenomenal underground artists play here. The size is perfect for a concert, especially for a date night. Great drinks too! - Dulce A.
Great Buffalo Sabres, Bills, and St. Bonaventure Bonnies bar. Basically anything Western New York. Great food too (especially wings and tacos). - Dan Rust
Get there at least 10 mins early, grab a drink at their bar, and don't be the last in line to get in the theater. It's an intimate auditorium and usually open seating! - Samantha A.
