The coffee is great, but you come here for the sweet view . It's right on the river , and you can walk right down to it and sip your coffee while watching the rapids.

Parking can be a bear . If you have an annual pass, think about parking over at the Chattahoochee Park and walking over. There's a new footpath and the walk is only about 5 minutes.

It's a little tricky to find since its in a gated apartment community . The views of the chattahoochie are great once your there though.

I got the French press coffee , cranberry roast. Excellent. Wi-Fi, decent number of tables, excellent view . Strongly recommend.

You have to enter the apartment complex Walton on the Chattahoochee to get there. Stop at the call box to open the gate.

Took a half hour to get someone from the leasing office to come let us in their broken gate (you can't get to it without going through the visitor gate). Then, no parking . Pass on this place.
