Best Western Plus Dallas Hotel & Conference Center

Rooms are clean and comfortable , service is good, but the neighborhood is not one I would typically leave my car parked overnight. Clean your car out, if it's visible... it's history.

Free breakfast is plentiful and filling but make sure you're on time because they are prompt to take it away.

Make sure your shower works in your room, ours was broken but they fixed it in no time flat :D

Found drug needles outside, watched someone get arrested, room service dishes sat in hallway for days, and front desk folk are RUDE!!!

This place has about 500 Indian people running through the hallways going nuts . Elevator is broken.. Staff is exhausted and pissed off.. This place is freaking me out.

The ac was stuck on full blast...then it went off and never came back on for heat or cool...room smelled and sheet didnt feel clean . Not recommended but cheap is cheap

So yeah - there was blood on the "clean " sheets when we checked in. Staff was rude when I mentioned it to them. Disgusting.

Room 448 has bed bugs , breakfast is free but not that good

Room 453 has bed bugs as well ... Front desk service was terrible!
