Sometimes gets too busy during the afternoon, but overall a good place to grab a coffee and do some work. The staff is great - genuine and nice, rather than Starbucks's fake friendly .

The workers are super friendly...Service is a little slow but only because the place is almost always packed! It's not Starbucks but they make a pretty good mocha :-)

We have a lot of great baristas working everyday. The mornings and nights are a different experience. Stop by and say hi!

The Internet can be awful here, but the atmosphere is generally solid and it's not -42 degrees like it is at Starbucks down the street.

Much better than Starbucks - coffee is better and stronger, and the customer service is genuine!

It's not Starbucks but it still gets me my fix. Be prepared to wait though! It always takes FOREVER to get your drink! Save your money on anything to eat...it's all nasty!

Black coffee is delicious

If you want real caramel instead of caramel-flavored syrup , ask for caramel sauce in your drink.
