What a great new setting on 30A - love having a choice when you need a change in venue from Seaside (still great by the way).
Great food, great local shops and great friends makes for a perfect day or evening at The Hub!
We rented bikes here at Frankie’s, which has an awesome team. Great shops and food options at this little community area. Love that it’s not as crowded or expensive at others nearby.
Come here on Saturday or Sunday to watch football on one of the many TV screens !
Great concept...weekday lunch hours kind of limited. Many of the food venues were closed

Really great atmosphere and so well decorated. I am sad to admit that although it looked delicious, the food was not great.
