If you are in a hurry make sure you look at the lines before you decide to grab whatever you are going in for. They usually have only 2-3 registers open when the store is busy.

The Target brand Allergy & Congestion Relief meds are great for dealing with extreme seasonal allergies. Ask the pharmacist for it - the product is kept behind the pharmacy counter.
