Best croissants in Taipei! Almond croissants are my favourite. They bake them throughout the day in small batches, so you can get them at night too. Their sourdough is also pretty good.

近年來吃到最喜歡的麵包店。簡單來說店內的麵包就是兩種類型:酸麵團麵包跟可頌。這裡的麵包在撕開的過程就可以感覺到那筋度與長纖維的拉力,可頌沒有使用酥油,加了起司跟辣椒的酸麵包也好好吃,搭配一杯黑咖啡或是一瓶啤酒,就是一天勞累後最好的犒賞。

豬小草

老麵扎實,辣椒夠勁,麵包是越嚼越香,來杯啤酒更夠味。在想這樣一個墨西哥青辣椒麵包賣120,不便宜,但值得。

針對白豆花:糖水熬的不錯,基本的香氣有出來,給的也大方。豆花的口感比一般市售品略結實了些、主要問題是店員舀的偏厚、給的湯匙也是偏厚的瓷器湯匙,所以每一口的口感都沒有辦法均勻混合。 - Raven Amos
