First time been to Japan and snowboarding . This hotel and its resort facilities simply give you everything you need for a nice, relaxing holiday retreat!
West hotel is old and beat up. Restaurant serves food that's only comparable to high school canteen. Hotel staff not in the mood to help most of the time. And it feels very much like being in China

West hotel has seen better days despite them trying to maintain it. The walkways around the park and the cottages are nice and allow for some views though. Food was ok, but nothing special..
一階からまつで夕食 。鮪 は普通、縞鯵 は美味い。
ホスピタリティは良くない、つまり気が利かない、客室数に比べてスタッフ 少ないので忙しいからか？ＴGM何とかして
ショッピングプラザ には、歩いて行けます。ウエストが近いですよ。
ツインの部屋にはLANの口があるので無線LANのルーターを持って行くと便利。
卓球 台がある。お風呂 はイーストで入るとよい。有料だけど。
WiFiのパスワードはフロントに聞きに行きましょう。
部屋風呂 しかないのがないのが悲しい。寝る為だけのホテル かな。
全室ネット回線ないそうなのでポケットWiFiなどをご用意あれ。

今日の渋滞ひど過ぎ。いつもより到着に１時間多くかかった。

ビュッフェスタイルのレストラン。 品数が多く、好き嫌いの多い人にも十分対応できる。 また、一品一品も味は良い。 スタッフに覇気を感じないのが少し残念。 - Masami Suzuki
周囲には芝生が広がり、静かです。コテージ内には、流しがあり、簡単な調理が出来ます。リビングの両サイドには、それぞれベッドルームとバス&トイレがあります。素敵な空間が広がってます。 - C M
