great little spot out of the way in Wynn. love the almond bun , pork bao and duck just to name a few. prices are reasonable and service is friendly . great option for casual dining .

Fantastic vegetarian selection-- cucumber salad , pumpkin pan-fried dim sum , gardein cashew chickn were all excellent. Had Thai coffee Boba to drink, which was very enjoyable. Great atmosphere.

The ambience of Red 8 is perfect. It is upscale yet the prices are extremely reasonable. The food is excellent and the service is typical Wynn / Encore top notch. Love the variety of dishes as well

The Red 8 Flirtini is so delicious I finished it before we even ordered our food. The Japanese vodka coupled with the lychee liqueur makes this one of my favorite cocktails ever.

Food here was excellent as well as filling. Prices were very reasonable, well worth the meals we ordered. Cocktails were particularly good, highly recommend the tropical lemonade !

I haven't ordered anything from Red 8 that was less than delicious. Wasabi shrimp sounded like it may not be my favorite, but it was excellent.

Nice place and low price! Very delicious meal. Big portion , which can be divided by 2-3 portions. Miso soup is tasty!

try any from this list: roasted duck , bbq pork flavored w/ maple syrup , crispy roasted pork belly , braised pork belly ...

Fab vegetarian dim sum . Shame the main vegetarian dishes weren't as tasty. I ordered the tofu dish . Super expensive considering this place is one of their chilled out restaurants

The chive dumplings have shrimp in them, which isn't mentioned on the menu. Vegetarians and those with allergies should beware!

The cucumber salad is delicious, but does come peppered with sesames . If you're allergic, beware.

The orange beef is divine.

The shao mai, mongolian beef , and shrimp pad Thai is incredible :)

Kinda shitty service and the vegan options are ... limited and bland, at best. It's nice that the Wynn restaurants all have allergy/vegan menus, but only 4 items on it that are basically unspiced. :(
