The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa

No casino , it’s a great place for “peace n quiet ” and so close to the Strip! 2 blocks from where Flamingo road meets at Bellagio/ Ceasar’s Palace . Or across the street from the back side of Bally’s.

Comfortable rooms , lots of parking space indoor, walking distance to The Strip but need to cab to The Fremont Experience.

My first Westin and loved my stay. Close enough to the Strip but far enough where it isn't crazy. The staff is truly amazing and really attentive.

This place looks really nice. All renewed and is a great place to stay, casino is small and private for those who just wanna chill and not be so crowded . Less smokers here from what I see. I enjoy it.

The young lady I spoke with at the front desk was incredibly nice and sweet. The beds are amazing and Westin hotels always smell great! I love that it's smoke free as well !!

One of the few pet friendly hotels walking distance to the strip. Not quite Westin standard but the only vegas hotel you can earn or use SPG points . SPG floors have good views of the strip.

Call the Spa to get New Balance gear (including shoes ) to use at the gym . When you're done, guests can use the spa area for free (except massages/facials/etc.).

Stayed here a number of times. Like the hotel and the staff . Not on the strip but close and not like the über hotels . Great place to relax .

Great hotel to stay at when in Vegas for business. Clean , quiet , yet only a block from the strip.

Eat at Ells Island up a block. Get a players card, $8.99 steak , veggies , salad , potato , and FREE beer with your meal!

The A/C in this hotel SUX! The rooms never cool Down and are very hot. I stay here often for work. And I have never had a room with a decent A/C anytime I have stayed here.

Savory or sweet crepes are great. Ham and cheese with a healthy amount of cream sauce was great.

Hibiscus Spa at Westin will give you 2000 starpoints for every $100 spent. Two massages and you have enough starpoints for a free nights stay at most Starwood hotels . Not bad :)

Nice hotel , good views of the Strip, decent (but small) pool area , but great price for the location and quality.

Steam room , sauna and showers at the spa are available to hotel guests during your stay

The breakfast buffet includes krispy creme doughnuts

Like this tip if you think Westin Las Vegas should be Smokefree in the lobby (including bar and casino ) for health of staff and guests.

I am a proud SPG member - but this is the first hotel where I wish I had never booked with - not enough characters to list the reasons why - SPG management take a close look at this place and sort it

Totally serviceable Westin just a ways off the Strip. Friendly staff , solid air conditioning and upgrades in process.

For the price it's a decent stay. You're in Vegas, how big do u need the room to be?

It's not the Venetian, but it'll do. Here for work and the room setup is very good for that.

For $5 - rent an entire New Balance outfit (including shoes !) during your stay. Never have to pack gym clothes again....

Starbucks and a sports book two blocks from the strip. No free wifi for non-guests.

Located easily off the strip. 24 hour Starbucks????. For a Westin Property the rooms are in a desperate need of an update/overhaul. ????

The pool is open until 3am for those who desire a late night swim .

Used to be the Maxim Hotel outside of which Tupac was shot on the corner of Koval Lane on September 7th 1996 - following the Tyson fight at the MGM.

Great buffet ! Eggs Benedict are amazing!

They will ask you to take a black car for more money. Stick to a cab an request to take local roads koval. Otherwise ou pay a lot more going on the strip.

Decent sized rooms, nothing fancy ... They have a one hour happy hour in the lobby (5:30pm-6:30pm).

If you're expecting a Westin, you will be very disappointed. Place is in major need of a renovation. The rooms could not be smaller. Only place near the strip to use your SPG points , but not worth it!

Westin is a nice stay, near the center of the strip. It is a few minutes walk though (5 to 10 mins), but still a good location. The casino inside of Westin is run down, but the hotel stay is good

This Westin is pretty average. The pool is maybe the best feature of it. Rooms just okay. The lobby is not very nice or lively .

Tried to get rid of a few bucks and wound up winning big time. And they say the house always wins...

Smoke free? The restaurant reeks of smoke. Order in.

Not at all up to the usual Westin standards , much less the accommodations expected here, a block off the Strip. Stay here to use points, not to be impressed.

Come check out Burlesque the Show... the Ultimate Tease nightly @ 9:00pm. (mention foursquare at the box office for 2 for 1 tickets)

This is by far the tightest casino in las vegas.
