The Tabard

The Tabard dates back to 1880 and was built as part of a range of buildings designed by architect Norman Shaw to incorporate the Bedford Park stores. Notable features along with its original street facade include the swing sign which was painted by T M Rooke.

Lots of delicious small brewery ales and beers , changing every few days, and low prices. Large outdoor area at the front too. Perfect summer afternoon venue.

Ian Jones

Beer & food very nice, however the toilets set this place apart-they are disgusting! The smell is foul in the gents and the ladies fare not much better with toilet roll sitting on top of sanitary bins.

Phil Kench

Great range of beers on tap , no need to swap to plastic if you go up to the theatre

Ian Jones

Go to the loo before hand and bring hand sanitizer, the whole place just needs a damn good clean

David Ball

Small but that's the point. If there's a few of you, get your seats early as they run out quick

Alastair Hilton

Damien Greig

Great pub near turnham green tube. Sit down have a beer and people watch

Richard Mitchell

This place is busy enough to not need regulars to survive, so the bar staff take no time to get to know the customer.

Justin Block

Order a pint and the steak and ale pie .

Gabor Gampel

Good atmosphere great ales

Ant Babajee

Bent by Martin Sherman (showing until 8 August 2010) affected me more than most theatre I've seen - difficult but highly recommended.

Timur Onder

Nacho 's, Hunter's Chicken , good stuff!

Richard Mitchell

Good selection of guest ales year-round.

Lorraine Bartlett

Service sometimes very slow especially early evening.

Have the cod and chips , it's the best

Claire Downing

Great mulled wine at this time of year.

Richard Mitchell

Avoid the Meantime Pale Ale , not kept as well as the guest beers .
