Why run the A/C when you can just open your screen door and enjoy the wonderful fresh Pacific sea breeze ? The new charge for parking now sucks, but still a nice quick getaway location.

Alexander's Lounge is a good place to join friends for a drink and enjoy sunset views of the Pacific from Ventura Harbor . Stop by Sunday for salsa night. Hotel 's resort setting is busy but mellow. Read more
There is a nice small pool and a jacuzzi housed in a geometric dome structure .
The heated pool and sheltered hot tub are both awesome except that the bubbles don't run for long enough!

Stupid you have to Pay for Parking as a Guest! And I have seen better service for a Four Points!
Charging for parking sucks! They should at least waive it for platinum SPGs.

Rooms are nice, some with nice views of the Harbor. The Four Points Hotel next door has a great Sunday Brunch worth trying and they love to pour lots of champagne. - BDW
