Emirates Grand Hotel

Amazing hotel ! Try taking the room on the top floor 42nd.. With Burj Khalifa and DIFC right outside your window ????

Room is nice, but service very bad. They don't leave shampoo and soap and vanity kit at room every day. Elevator is too slowly . Valet parking you have to wait too much , no free wifi and breakfast .

My favorite dubai mall close by hotel ! There is 1 problem the elevators are slow!

Be careful. If you decide to pay for the overpriced wifi access (per device) depending on where your room is the signal may be weak and it also goes and comes and u have to sign in again ARGH!!

Business four stars hotel large space room ... for me It's just for sleeping no more

we stayed there for 5 days , the staffs were really friendly , breakfast was good , everything was ok , just we didn't have wifi and they told us expensive price for it.

Awesome location! 5 mins walk to metro station ! Polite and helpful staff , wonderful rooms, awesome breakfast , great pool!

Join the EVC when next you are here the package is to die for.

Room are spacious but ,,, room service slow , check in and out took for ever and valet parking are the worst took more than 15 minutes to bring your car overall didn't liked it .

The lifts are absolute trash. They follow no logic whatsoever and you can only get into the lift it assigns to you.

Should be renamed Emirates 'Beige' Hotel , or Emirates 'Curry ' hotel ! Its unwelcoming, old, smells of ethnic food and feels dirty ! Not so 'Grand' after all!

Nice rooms but very poor breakfast ..! Needs to improve breakfast offer...

Slooooow in check in

room service is so slow it took them an hour to bring me a bathrobe! and never received the other things I asked for.

Overall quite disappointing. Shirt lost in laundry and follow up very poor. Staff speaks poor english. Tv had no sound on almost all channels. Shisha bar a shamble!

من مميزات الفندق الموقع جدا مناسب و مطل على طريق الشيخ زايد. الغرف الاستديو متكامل الخدمات الجميع يشتكي من خدمة الانترنت و منطقة المصاعد ضيقة و يسبب الزحام و الانتظار. الاستقبال عند الخروج مزدحم .

فندق جميل جميل جميل وقريب من المترو وسعره مناسب وقريب من برج خليفه يعني تقريبا ربع ساعه مشي لكن انسو تحجزون عند مكتب السياحه اللي عندهم نسيت اسم الشركة صراحه لكنهم نصابين وغاااالين.

مستوى النظافة أعطيه ٨/١٠، الخدمة رائعة صراحة، اعطونا ابقريد لجناح و ممتنة لهم جداً. الإطلالة عجيبة على طريق زايد. موقعه جيّد و المنطقة مخدومة مطاعم و صيدلية و ميني ماركت. ينفع للعوائل لوجود المطبخ.

حبيت الغرفه . كتكوته لشخصين

^ الوبي دائم مزدحم + يجب ان تتكلم اللغة الأنكليزية + الأفطار غير متنوع .
