Weekday lunch , or on weekends? A comical lack of parking . Pity, as it's otherwise got a nice little spectrum of shops and restaurants worth checking out.
Take your time when you come to Rivermark Plaza , because there's a ton of awesome shops conglomerated together, and you're better off just walking around the perimeter than parking at certain stores.
Great area with shops, restaurants and nice apartments around.
Really busy here during the weekday as lunchtime wanderers from nearby companies come here. If you must, come at 11am or after 1pm.
Pete's coffee is great. Or enjoy a bagel and cream cheese at posh bagel

Parking is horrible. The garages are your best bet.
Don't bother going during lunch , you'll spend 15 minutes finding parking . Seriously.
