Service was incredibly slow, orders were incorrect & missing. Our server (Deirdre) didn't bother remembering our orders. Worst I've ever seen at any casino . Food was ok though.
Good diner food , but expect to wait a fair amount of time to pay your bill at checkout. Staff seems unmotivated.
Kimberly was the worst server ever! Was angry about whatever, therefore we suffered as the customers. She even took off on break without even telling anyone there she still had customers!

Went here for Smashing Pumpkins concert at the Ovations theater. Awesome venue, every seat in the house is a great one, very intimate. My only complaint was that it was very smokey everywhere else. - Elizabeth W
