Lovely artwork by the stairs. The place is tastefully decorated in an old-worldy style but isn't actually that old. I heard that Sir D. Tang opened this to house his artwork. Members-only club.
Club membership is pricey , & it is an old school "No t-shirts, no trainers " type establishment. But the food is just excellent & the ambience eclectic but classy . You can get great breakfasts here.
Interesting interior architecture experience. Lots of artwork all over the place. A wide array of Chinese food and The teapot performance ! (Drinks first at the hidden terrace )
One of my favorite restaurants for Peking Duck . Decor is colonial HK. Pretty unique. Great place to bring friends from out of town . Good view from the patio seating area.
still the best dim sum buffet in HK... lobster fans, ask the staff to give you a head up when the lobsters are out ;)
The atmosphere is wonderful, the terrace has amazing view of central. Very unique! Decor and art on display is special. Food is good but nothing amazing
Best Chinese food in town , incredible ambiance, there's truly nothing comparable in HK!
Their cocktails are well made! Members only so tag along with a friend!
Very nice private club . Western friendly Chinese fare, ideal for entertaining overseas business guests. Relaxed and quirky, Very cool indeed
The paints up the stairs are a must see. From the elevators to 14/F stair case all paints are Have a drink looking at HK streets and enjoy one of David Tangs ' amazing creations!
Everything here is top notch. Consistently outstanding quality
best peking duck in town . must try their OMG beef sirloin cubes :)
Chinese food and the ambiance and Service
if u've got the contacts, then this is a must. 3floors of pure opulence, Shanghai-style, hidden within the old Bank of China building. Incredible food, but I enjoyed it even more for "all you can art "
very nice antique Chinese deco, good food, just that the attitude of some waiters are so rude, especially to those with Asian faces! bad!
Definately go for the Peking duck
Shrimp dumpling is very good. Also try their BBQ pork
Excellent art collection from Me. Tang ! Wear proper attire :-)
Suckling pig is amazing and they give u plastic gloves to eat it so you can really enjoy the piece of meat!
Be sure to check out the guest book . Some interesting guests have been here- like the King of Congo.
Best Beijing duck ever!
A great place to entertain clients on your expense account. The food is good, but the setting is what steals the show.
Dress code gents - old HK classic joint. Worth the experience even if the food is mediocre. Decor makes it happen.
Best kept secret of Chinese history.
Stunning brunch buffet for 500 HKD, well worth it
Must for those who are interested in contemporary art , great Chinese contemporary art collection .
Love the art but food isn't particularly impressive. Fun to watch the tea pouring antics.
They're now enforcing the dress code - even on weekends. No t-shirts or trainers please. Good job.
Get a table in the main room...
Gwei Lo friendly Chinese
Get some shoes
Dim sum is the key word
Best peking duck
Try the Chinese egg speciality!!
Food is average but if u're bringing tourist / visitors, they'll love the experience.
Brunch ! Do it.
Food is avg but the atmosphere and decor is worthy of a visit
Unbeatable retreat far from the madding crowds below.
Like Shanghai but small and expensive . Haha.

The steak house has lunch option of just having all you can eat at the salad bar without doing lunch set 2/3 course menu. The salad has great selection, perfect for vegetarian. - Cat
