As someone who travels a lot and visit this place often, I must say that I love the macaroni and cheese here!
Upstream's standard line of beers is probably my favorite in Omaha. The Dundee Scotch Ale is particularly good. Cheap beer and half-priced apps during happy hour .
Everything tasted wonderful. Our server Sean was knowledgeable and knew his beers . Our new fav spot for when we come to Omaha.
Smoked Gouda & beer soup , Reuben , sweet potato fries , seasonal brews - not life-changing but they have a rooftop patio and it's a great hangout spot in Old Market .
Can't believe I haven't been here in almost 7 years....but I knew I'd come back....Good beer , good atmosphere, good service ....great happy hour on food and $7 pizzas today! #yayme
The pretzel bites with smoked gouda cheese are amazing. The Kitten Mittons Double IPA is delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly staff .
Great food, beer and atmosphere. Disappointed that this place didn't show up as a top search when we were in the area. Definitely a must go to.
It's rare to have a bad meal at the Upstream. Try mixing their smoked gouda & pale ale soup with their tomato soup . Also, check out of their speciality beers .
Great food, get the Gouda Soup . Nice atmosphere for a nice sit down with the family.
Excellent micro beers , the firehouse red was my favorite. Great place for meeting friends or dates, upstairs rooftop is a fun chill spot .
Excellent location and nice place to hang out. Food is very good, and if you like raspberries , try the Upstream Raspberry Lager . Very tasty.
The steaks are better at Rock Bottom but the pints(and everything else) are better at Upstream! The flagship IPA is PERFECT. The red is good for real beer novices.
If you eat here and don't try the smoked Gouda and beer cheese soup , you have failed. Be better than that. Also, Ebenezer is a great winter beer .
Best year-round beer : Dundee Scotch Ale . Best summer seasonals (dark) Black Forest Porter (light & fruity ) Raspberry Belgian Wit.
Steak and Beer . What else needs to be said. The soup was carrot curry ...unusual but very tasty.
Loved the macaroni & cheese (definitely add grilled chicken !) & a great burger & filet!! SO MANY BEERS! We loved it all!
Flagship IPA and Gouda & beer soup ! So good.
Fish and Chips are off the hook! Add a malt beer flight , and you won't want to leave...
Smoked Gouda and beer soup ! Beer braised pot roast !
The fish and chips were very enjoyable. The beer definetely came through in the fish 's batter.
Red Ale and Fried Pork Medallion Sandwich , hit the spot!
I was deciding between the salmon and the jambalaya . Our server, Nathan, said the chef is from Louisiana, so my decision was easy.
Blonde pizza . :) also, any soup of the day is amazing. I wish they had the clam chowder more often though. :)
Quite good... especially for beer gnurds.. Really enjoyed our family outing while in Omaha.
One of my favorite breweries . Always a great, ever changing selection of quality brews!!!
$5 flight of 4 for happy hour ? Sign me up. Best way to try local beers .
Make sure to grab a flight for the beers , food is good but the beers are the stars here.
For the price, the NY Strip is pretty good. I recommend the Scottish Ale to go along with it too.
There are different beers between the downtown and west O locations, so check them both out!
Good beer , great atmosphere. Enjoyed the food.
Always try the beer that is on Cask , it's usually delicious.
Three words... Caramel Bread Pudding ! Oh, and the patio seating is very relaxing on a Sunday morning.
Solid place for brunch/lunch/dinner. One of the best restaurants in the Old Market .
Check out the rooftop deck . Very fun in summer!
The bartenders need to learn how to pull from a cask . But, the beer and food are great.
Audrey Smoked Alt was excellent. Not overly carbonated and the perfect temp.
Best local Brew in Omaha. Bartenders know their stuff
Great Beer ! Great Atmosphere! This is a staple for me and my hubby!
Order a Hoppy Marriage to drink if you are a fan of the hops. You won't be disappointed!
Lunch was so delicious - tomato basil soup & smoked turkey melt
The Mac and cheese is the bomb here!
The 3 flavor hummus w/ grilled pita is amazing!
Favorite sports bar in the old market . Great beers on tap
Taster was fun. Quesadilla was great. Server was awesome!!!
Good food and really cool atmosphere.
$2.50 beers and half off pizzas on Wednesday night starting at 9. (Italiano pizza is incredible)
Great food, ambiance, good service .
A favorite when in Old Town you don't want to miss.
Breakfast is not good here. The eggs smelled and tasted funny like they were cooked with old oil. But they did apologize and didn't charge me so I'd go back to this place for dinner or drinks!
Small selection of brews, but the ones they picks are fantastic.
