The Blueberry pancakes are amazing. They taste more like a dessert than a breakfast , but chances are you're on vacation, or a work trip or had a rough week, so go ahead and enjoy!????

Everything here is fantastic! The pancake flight is the best way to experience the variety of specialty pancakes that are oh-so-good! They are also of a normal size, which allows you to eat all 3.

If you are in town for a conference or visiting, skip the hotel breakfast and go here. You will be back every morning until you leave. The Benny Goodman Benedict is amazing! Arrive early!!

Outstanding. Cool space, friendly service . The Snooze Spuds Deluxe with an over medium egg and avocado is a great veggie option , and if you're hungry split a pineapple upside down pancake too.

Pancake of the day was yummy! Buttermilk pancake with bits of sugar in the raw topped with pomegranate cream cheese and a lemon ginger cream

We had the egg benedicts with prosciutto and cream cheese . The only thing I don't like is the wait time but it's worth it. Trust me it was the best breakfast ever.

Amazing service and food. Get the corned beef hash with tortillas and ask for some chili verde sauce on the side.

Harvest Benny and sweet potato pancakes were highlights, but everything was unreal. I would do a spicy Bloody Mary , pancake flight , and a Benny Duo.

I'm a savory breakfast person (got the Bella Bella Benny - which made this italian happy) but the pancake flight we ordered for the table was AMAZING

Get a pancake flight as an appetizer then enjoy anything on the menu for the main course. All of the food is delicious!

Such great brunch ! Pick a Benedict and you won't be disappointed. The only problem is the extra long wait . Not a place to come if you're in a hurry.

As great as the pancakes of the day were, the coffee was amazing and highly recommended!

Don't get me wrong the food is good, but I seriously don't believe that it warrants a three and a half hour wait and there are plenty of places around town that does brunch just as well .

Breakfast burrito is uncharacteristically delicious. Greek curry sauce surrounding it was a wonderful, spicy , and flavorful surprise.

Snooze sources all of its dairy products from Morning Fresh Dairy in Fort Collins.

Gluten free pancakes , but they can't make them dairy free :/ I was so excited, but cool environment and friendly staff . Would come back, but not expecting pancakes .

Very close to the other snooze in lodo but considerably less busy. Waits aren't as bad. Food is spectacular as you'd expect from snooze. The OMG French Toast is a personal favorite.

Get a main savory dish for yourself and one pancake for the table to share. Perfection!

Not sure if I over hyped it in my head. I can only speak for the Benedicts that are tasty only in theory. I appreciate the creativity, but not really for my taste buds.

The Bangkok Bloody Mary is the one you should order.. And Lisa is a dynamite server full of good times.

Pretty much anything on the menu is good. Never disappointed. Get a mimosa or two.

Get a Pancake Flight , including the Pancake of the Day. Or Spuds Deluxe . Or both.

Try this location for a totally different Snooze feel! It's small and cozy compared to some of the others.

Being honest- the coffee is worth passing. Americano is the same price, better flavor. Or get an espresso drink .

The best option for breakfast so skip the local hotels best attempts

Powder sugar everywhere! They're popular and they won't let you forget it. It's fun to try but definitely not my favorite.

Friendly staff and good food but 30+ minutes from ordering to eating 3 eggs and a pancake is kinda unreasonable

Is this place worth more than an hour wait? I don't think so! Breakfast is good and offers a lot of choices - from pancakes to porridge . But the wait times are just ridiculous!!

It's a great place to bring out-of-town guests.

Fun modern diner , especially for kids.

The wait time is legitimately one of the worst, even by weekend brunch standards. That being said, upside down pineapple pancakes were awesome.
