Great park in shepherds Bush for free tennis and basketball courts !
Lie back in the sunshine, listening to the waterfall and imagining being on an exotic beach in thailand .... Great place to meditate at lunchtime.
If you want to sit and read a book , don't pick a spot too close to the edge, or you risk being pelted with eggs by teenagers through the fence. :(
