Beautifull and clean rooms , fancy mini bar , 2 TVs , complementafy water witch gets refilled every day, fruit at the reception is a nice touch :)!

Deco is nice, location is great, no courtesy coffee and 20$ martinis though. We got upgraded to a bigger room on SPG gold member. A little stingy with the products, you need to ask for a refill.

If you're put in an adjoining room, ask to be moved immediately. The flimsy doors make it like sharing a room with strangers. Unless you're into listening to strangers bang... I don't know your life.

The food is also great here! There are two restaurants on site that cooked excellent dishes.

This hotel at the heart of South Beach is loved for its city views , poolside suites, and relatively cheaper rates. Also, guests must know that there is a $19 Resort Fee for each room per night.

Soooo beautiful! Worth staying thru renovation last year to enjoy the fabulous transformation :) staff is also wonderful and accommodating :)

The hospitality has been great. Everyone is always smiling and very helpful. The room was cozy but there was no fridge or microwave. That was disappointing.

Cutting corners to meet capacity demands. No late check out. Nothing but buffet option for weekend breakfasts . Has a long way to go.

Nice redesigns, though the ground floor feels like a little like a railroad apartment . And they don't seem to have the classiest clientele.

Rooms are a bit small but the interior is well decorated. Finished are just a bit under par. Pool a bit crowded . But overall, a nice spot and not plagued by spring break trolls.

Renovations are finished. The hotel has a warm feel, staff is great, and the restaurant is fabulous!

Watch out for the bait and switch. The rooms that they provide to travel websites are only some of the rooms. They have some older ones that are the equivalent of a Days Inn .

Great location. Nice vibe. Poor service at the Florida Cookery. It appears that they have one kitchen servicing multiple restaurants . Waited 20 mins for a cup of coffee .

Great ocean view rooms!

Consistently fairly cheap hotel . Not terrible. The spa services are actually underrated. Parking js valet only and $47.

Nice pool. Nice breakfast . Bulbs in room burned out. Room doors do not close automatically. Computers and printers in business center all broken. No way to print boarding passes. NEVER AGAIN!

Stay in the North Tower. It's very very nice. South tower is A sad old place in comparison.

Be sure to ask for a room in thenorth tower. The older rooms pale in comparison to tile floors and flat screen tv .

Architectural Digest social event was phenomenal.
