Very Clean and friendly staff.They do a great job of letting the kids have fun with a balance for safety.Areas are used respectfully for adults small children and teens.

Best cardio room I've seen in any gym in the city .Plus just posh as can be , yet affordable .Plus two pools.I'm loving this place.
This is a great place for Tennis , Swimming , and Work Out freaks. It also has a great Punching Bag that I love so much
