actually i completely disagree. its all hispanics there and the se trio like to just sit in the pool and take up room. it IS NOT a mix of all races. 97% mexicans , 3 blacks 1 white is not a mix.
One of the nicer gyms out of the local 24 hr fitnesses. Clean and New. If you go during high time you can still get a good workout.
It gets too noise. People are talking to much at the pool and Sauna . People are complaining too much about personal life. Lets Exercise and Have Fun.
Best 24 HR. I've been to. Clean and well-maintained, friendly and helpful staff , and cool members. Worth the drive pass the other two 24 HRs closest to me.
Late nights between midnight and 4 am... Clean and peaceful . Do all your workouts without waiting for others.
Regardless of multiple requests , the Swimsuit Water Extractor in the man locker is not working for one year, seems like 24hours doesn’t care about customer’s requests. In Compton, CA
one of my fave 24s, bootcamp n group x classses.are excellent. I lost the most weight going here.
Gwen's aqua classes are great!!! If you think it won't be challenging, I dare you to try it once!!
Best time to go is after 930pm and before 630am. Least crowded ! Also, pretty empty on Fridays!
My favorite gym by far. Fridays and saturdays are good days to go.
So now they are closing @ 9 p.m. on Fridays...typical of what happens when "the man" takes over urban businesses...
