I'm a New Yorker and this place is legit - thin style soft (not really too crispy ), quality organic sauce, great toppings (we got the Paia Bay ), and well spiced... fantastic. Highly recommended.

Come hungry! Get 1/2 & 1/2! Highly rec veggie (garlic oil , mozzarella/parmesan/ricotta, mushrooms , spinach + whole garlic ) & ohana (tomato sauce , onions , mushrooms , mozzarella/parmesan + garlic oil )!

So very delicious. The flatbreads and salads are perfection. You can get half-and-half if you want to try more than one flatbread . But order a salad . Pineapple vinaigrette ; you won't be disappointed.

Located in quaint Pai'a town , pizzas are cooked in a wood fire oven w/ flatbread crust & unique toppings . My fave is the Mango BBQ pizza w/goat cheese . You can't go wrong with their salads either.

This place is amazing!!! Best pizza we have had in a long time. Def deserves a 10/10. Our waitress and the manager took our food allergy very seriously, which is always appreciated.

Love flatbreads ! The pesto pele and mopsy pork are so good. Love the goat cheese on both. The pork is tender and sweet. The pesto adds a great savory flavor.

A solid bar selection with great draft beers , try whatever seasonal offering they have from Maui Brewing Co. The pomegranate mojito is also a favorite for those wanting something a little stronger!

Great pizza for woodfire. I really enjoyed their pepperoni pizza . I would also recommend starting out with their salad .

SPECTACULAR pizza . LOVE the way it all comes together, from dough guy, to the fixings guy, the oven guy, the guy who slices, the servers, the bartender , everyone involved makes it extra special.

Everything we had was delicious! It's a little hot inside but watching the cooking staff work (and adjust the pizzas in the fire oven) is totally worth it.

Start with a healthy salad of locally grown greens, then split a Kalua pork and pineapple pizza - the original Hawaiian pizza !!

The pizzas are wonderful, the salad is great, and dessert is delicious. I love when the special is the caprese. On the regular menu, Mopsy's wins.

Can't beat their rendition of "Hawaiian" pizza , the Mopsy's, which is Kalua Pork , homemade mango bbq sauce , Maui pineapple , Hawaiian goat cheeses , mozzarella , Parmesan and an organic herb mix.

The pork and pineapple pizza is an unexpected flavour combination - it’s been on the menu for 10 yrs! Definitely try it.

The, middle aged host w/short hair was bitchy & curt, but the joint smelled so good that we stayed. Sean provided great service, great attitude, and welcoming spirit! We can't wait to stop in again!!!

Amazing pizza even by mainland standards. The dough is what makes it. Best restaurant we went to over the week we were here.

We have eaten here twice and both times it was awesome! The goat cheese on the salad added a nice touch.

If ever there was a pizza place worth fantasizing about while naked, it's Flatbread . The Kula Pork pizza is to die for and add avocado/goat cheese to the salad - it actually makes it creamy delicious!

Split your flatbread with a friend and order half and half . Can't go wrong with the pork !

The macadamia nut pesto pizza is awesome! If you really want something else at least do half & half .

Pizza is amazing, and they have a good beer selection . Sometimes the waitstaff won't pay attention to you, be aggressive if you need a refill. Look for "Jam-man" in the kitchen!!

Get an organic salad and add toppings of your choice! This just has tomatoes on it and the rest of the things come with it. Yum!

Very good dough and crust, and decent cocktails . You can order two halves of a 16" pizza . Pele Pesto pizza is excellent.

Best pesto pizza !! Always check for the special pizzas that day. Be ready to wait- always packed but it's well worth the wait!

One of the very best pizza places ever, and best flatbread if you must call it that. The original varieties are unbeaten, as is quality of everything.

Forget looking for street parking - just park in the public parking , which is also always pretty full. Then, order some delicious pizza and incredible salad !!

Everything here is sourced locally and is defiantly fresh. I highly recommend a visit but come early to avoid the long dinner queue.
