The home of Brodies beer , this is a "proper" east London boozer . Insanely cheap , zero pretension, and pictures of the queen everywhere. Ignore the rampant patriotism and enjoy the fantastic beer .

Phil Rich

Classic East end boozer . Brew own beer and there are pints here for £2. Some interesting 'characters' present and certainly football-orientated, but generally a decent vibe.

Andrew Hogue

Brodie’s modern brews and turn-of-the-century pub atmosphere are the big attractions at the King William IV Bar and Hotel , which also offers inexpensive guest rooms. (via nytimes)

Suzi

This pub brews its own beers - there's a wide selection and they are only £1.99 a pint! The Lab Rat Porter was particularly good. Some of them are very strong. Also serves delicious, inexpensive pub

Thomas Marshall

Currently contract brewing but not sure where..excellent beers ! Great place for a few relaxing beers whilst watching the cricket on the nice tv .

Andy Howell

Good traditional boozer , great real ale , non poncy food and a big screen for the footie.

Beer as good as you'll get anywhere in the UK. Great staff and good value accommodation.

Superb traditional pub serving some of the best real and craft beer anywhere in the UK.

If you like real ale you cannot miss this place. Home of the Brodies microbrewery , there are anything up to 12 beers on at once, plus some good lagers .
