Oh my goodness the cheese and chicken mole a enchiladas are to die for, get them with flour tortillas instead of corn . So soft and delicious, the sauce is perfect
Vegetarian heads-up: the rice is made with chicken stock (but the beans are all veg ).
Tamales and tacos de papas are a must try. Might even pair it up with a tequila sunrise and you are set!
