It's the typical Apple Store. Great staff , great customer experience, despite the crowds of customers.

If you have the Apple Store App you can order ahead and pickup when you get there. Very quick and easy if you don’t need to talk to the staff .

Self check-out using the Apple Store app is mind blowing!! Awesome, amazing, incredible....the future is now at the Apple Store.

Make appointment for Genius Bar if you need help with your devices. Wait time can be ver long if you don't have an appointment.

It's an Apple Store, so its customer service is flawless. I wish there were other stores who paid attention like Apple does.

The BBW still wearing a mask (incorrectly btw) who I was told was a ‘specialist’ said I had to get on the other side of the table in order for her to help me with my $700 purchase. I left.

My husband had great customer service. His old iPod quit working and for a nominal charge he has a newer one and is very happy. The service wasn't only great but speedy too.

We had great service. In & out in less than 30 mins & the store was super busy.

Hmmmm.. Apple Store can be overwhelming... Can't find the words at the moment I do not like that some over sell the product instead of making sure they sell it to my needs. Point listen to my needs!

FYI: you need to make an appt to ask them anything. I just wanted to know why my phone battery doesn't hold a charge.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. 20 minutes to make an appointment that was cancelled because they couldn't find my name. Appointments cancelled TWICE for not finding my name.

Don't know if I'll stay long too busy.

such bad service. had an appt and they told me they couldn't take me for another 2 hours.

Long lines and the worst service experience.

Terrible service. My wife's volume on iPhone isn't working. Found an article on the web demonstrating the repair to be a $6 part but they refuse to replace that b/c they say that won't solve it!
