Scott Cooper, owner & chef , takes pride in serving his dishes to the customers - with good reason. They are wonderful! Make reservations for busy nights because J’s is deservingly worthwhile.
Really not cheap , but the food, service, and atmosphere make it very worthwhile. Make Jackson’s part of your date night by seeing a movie at the nearby ArcLight Theater .
Food was oh so tasty and put a fun spin on basic, chop house dishes. Also, according to the waiter all local ingredients that change seasonally. A nice experience over all!
Happy hr specials aren't bad & the bar on a Friday night wasn't busy until after HH when the movie patrons started coming in for dinner . But the service sitting right at the bar was definitely subpar.
This place is the shit. Campanula Sour is a good drink for anyone...... Old Fashioned for seniored alcoholics ;)
spicy peruvian ceviche was pretty good, and we enjoyed the sweet corn
Shrimp ceviche is flavorless, take the pass. Broccoli salad is good, though surprisingly not shaved broccoli , and its warm!
To start the filet mignon risotto and an aperol hissy fit for drink ????
Cute outdoor patio space for private events , inside there is limited seating and bad acoustics so it gets very loud .
