The milk most of the time is free poured so you get a cappuccino and not a latte . Don't you guys have spoons to hold the foam back?

So slow and under staffed. I'm pretty sure the manager is making herself a green tea latte and a sandwich while the sole barista has like 10 cups/orders to fill.

Their drive-thru service was awesome.

Their drive thru on the weekends is ridiculously slow. If you're in a rush, go to neighboring Dunkin Donuts .

Super slow and the baristas need to learn how to use their outside voices when calling out orders over the coffee house noise.
