Lavash wrap is very good- avocado , cream cheese , and some lemon and pickles . Don't forget to try the sweet potato fries with the garlic sauce , and really don't forget to try their cake , because OMG.

Carrie Rigdon

Back for the first time since their renovation. Tried the falafel bowl “with pickles ” - excellent! And the Arabic tea was a nice accompaniment.

City Pages

The Shish Maza plate is a must: order it and you get the restaurant 's beautiful hummus , a scoop of tabbouli, freshly shredded baba ghanoush , and a trio of roasty falafel balls . Read more

The gyros and falafel are both great. I get the wrap gyro and have enough for tomorrow's lunch . The way they serve the tea makes you think you're not in St. Paul anymore, Toto.

Michael May

Gyro is great and the hummus is delicious, but the real find was the Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich . Will be back for that.

Carrie Rigdon

Shish has breakfast ! The foul meddamas is great- and very filling. As well as the avocado fried pita with egg .

David Wells

Shish Taouk was great. Chicken was tender and juicy. The humus - outstanding texture and taste, with extra veggies - fresh, fresh, fresh!

The sweet potato fries are crispy and delicious and served with a lovely garlic dip .

The Kefta Burger is probably the most tasty burger I have ever had.....and I like to consider myself a hardcore burger lover so that is saying a lot!! Go try one, now.

Try the green curry . I dream about it at night. We drive all the way from Mound to eat here sometimes.

Try the Shish Trio - The lamb tasted the best! More sautéed veggies instead of rice is much better.

Usually I only give positive reviews, and I’m sorry to make an exception. The place is cute but the burgers are over cooked and awful. And the guy didn’t apologize for serving my bunless burger wi bun
