Reasonably priced Russian with ocean views . Outdoor seating- climate controlled in winter.
Who is Tatiana? Does it matter? No, not at all. A fine establishment, right by the beach , serving the kind of food that'll be Putin a smile on your face. Brighton, Burgers and Baltika baby.
The kebob was fantastic.
