There are so many amazing events in the Summer like Movies in the Park . Yoga , the Sunday Farmers Market , Open Mics and more. And they're all free!

An off the beaten path fashionable neighborhood that has plenty of shopping, dining, nightlife & scenic walking opportunities. I'm a little partial to all of the coffee shops there are! A must visit.

Fun place to hang out outside. Busy and happening, always good people watching . Also some quiet areas to sit and read.

What a nice park . A gated area around the playground , big fields for outdoor games, a fountain w/flowers around&benches for relaxing/reading, chess/checkers tables, picnic tables . Good job.

Beautiful for picnics and walks. Right next to an assortment of shops, restaurants , and bars .

You can use the bathroom in the field house M-F 9am-9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Closed on Sunday.

I remember the good old days of open air drug markets and gang wars... That was before that hipster John Cusack attracted MTV's The Real World here to gentrify the area.

The art & culture. I've watched this areas many transitions and It's been my home since 1992!

The fountain is beautiful and the cement around it is a perfect place to bring sidewalk chalk and doodle.

Be careful of the rainbow bike guy - he touches you and then makes excuses. LADIES, STAY CLEAR.

This place gets surprisingly crowded on beautiful days with people relaxing about.

Nice landscaping but full of trash and homeless people. Too edgy . Don't bother. Chicagoans don't care enough about their parks to take care of them.
