Very pleasant. Simple yet hearty french food at reasonable prices in a nice, cosy and unpretentious atmosphere . Wish there were more places like this! Service was also very attentive.

Hokkaido scallops on creamy leek is superb. Good brekkie selections: eggs done in various ways served with roasted potatoes and salad . Batch order possible for their delightful housemade madeleine .

Authentic French bistro . Great lunch set (Mon-Fri). Good choice of wines . Complimentary bread with butter like in France!

Very cozy and European style french restaurant . The snails are only HDK88. Very reasonable priced! The steak tartare is very fresh.

Classic yet reasonably priced French food , that’s what makes Metropolitain a rare gem. A must try is the rosemary rotisserie chicken . Metopolitain's featured in our August Tried and Tasted section.

I rarely leave reviews. The lunch deal on the steak with gratin dauphinois and the fish & chips with amazing tartar sauce is not to miss!

Tartare can match that of Paris. Also onion soup is decent. The lobster linguine is great!

Camembert is a big YES. Lamb was devine. Potato gratin (with beef ) was amazing. Great casual atmosphere . Oui!

The chats cooked under the rotisserie chicken are second only to the baked Camembert you dip them in. Worth the hype.

Simple and good, not great, except the service, which is terrible. Had to ask for everything literally twice on a slow brunch service . Servers also had no clue what was out, daily offerings, etc.

So so under seasoned food . A little overhyped. Our croquette Monsieur took more than an hour to arrive and we were all done with our mains by then except our poor friend.

overpriced, small portions, average taste. The steak sandwich was tasteless, the waffles came at half the portion. Needs to be improved.
