If you like dance ,then definitely this is your place! Contemporary dance companies from around the world are welcome here. Excellent architecture , modern huge lounge rooms and really spacious seats .
A dance house that's willing to take risks! Before every trip back I check the listings to see if there's something worth checking out. Nine times out of ten there is!
Went to see Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake and it was *sensational*. The venue itself is nice, clean , fairly comfortable and modern and well-connected.
One of my favourite venues for fantastic dance shows. The theatre is beautiful and comfortable , easy to book tkts with very helpful staff .

Don't be put off by 2nd circle seats. Still a fantastic view and if booked in advance, so much cheaper!

Swan Lake is amazing here, hands down the most exciting version I ever saw.
West Side Story was excellent. Best show I've seen in ages. Anita is superb.

Order your interval drink at the Shakespeare's Head at the back. Less crowded , not as hot and packed.

As newbies to dance we were extremely disappointed to find the swans in Matthew Bournes Swan Lake were all male - they therefore lacked the elegance we associated with the swans. Also NOT ballet
