Love this place. NYC dive bar music , decent food, friendly and warm staff . One of the few locals spots in the area
A short walk from Notting Hill and located at the top of Portobello Road . Busy with a range of locals, Londoners and a few tourists .
Go raise a drink to Adam, immortalised in the Secret Garden - who loved this pub more than anyone.
Friendly staff , tasty food, good beer (for UK), nice atmosphere. Definitely would come back.
Try the garden with your beer , even when the front bar is full it can be empty back there.
Try the mulled wine in the secret garden during wintertime! Lovely. Plus their roasts are pretty good.
Tomato soup is incredible. And they make their own nacho chips . Loved this pub .

Had a nice Sunday roast in the pleasant back garden .
Waited here for half an hour for someone to accept my order and it appeared they stopped serving it (breakfast ) 10 minutes ago before waiter has come to me. Beware and ask for attention at all costs.

Just had the worst chicken Caesar ever, lettuce was dry and the chicken was tasteless - avoid this dish at all costs! The sausages with mash were good by comparison

Great fish and ships, cool ambiance on Saturday afternoon. Little disappointed that one of the female server was rather unfriendly to me.
