Rooms are lovely although basic compared to other 5 stars. However, the hotel itself is stunning with beautiful areas to work or relax including a large outdoor roof garden .

Quite a strategic & convenient place to stay, within walking distance to Pratunam area and exactly opposite you have a Platinum mall .

Their resto menu, Thai on 4, is by Khun Srisamorn, who used to cook for HM the King of Thailand. It stands for and guarantees authentic Thai cuisine and was voted as the 'Best Thai Hotel Restaurant .'

Have you tried the Dimsum Lunch Buffet in our Chinese restaurant Heichinrou? It is amazing! Dimsum all you want until your hearts desire! On the 5th Floor!

Definitely pay extra for the executive floors . Private check-in desk and access to the private lounge serving breakfast and a buffet at happy hour . Service was ok but thought it could be better.

Beautiful refurbished rooms, last quick hotel stay for this visit

Old and unclean hotel . The service is not gd for what you spent there too. The only nice service are the people at the concierge area. They were helpful and always with a smile. Disappointing.
