They have a great tapas menu at the bar and they'll bring it to your table in the dining room if you ask. Order the ropa veija empanadas , shrimp quesadillas , ham croquettes , and the pork taquitos .
The stuffed avocado appetizer is a must - served w crispy plantain chips ! We split the combo-entree that had beef prepared two ways. Plenty to share!
It is host to nightly music from super-talented Cuban musicians , serves killer mojitos and sangria among a forest of fake pine trees , and, perhaps most importantly, cooks a spot-on ropa vieja . Read more
Amazing Cuban food , so tasty, and with a wide variety. Definitely a night to remember... Oh! and the live Cuban music , just so "Cuban"
Vaca Frita Al Mojo AgrioCrispy shredded angus skirt steak sauteed with onions and laced with a tangy seville orange mojo . <--- by far the best dish I had. Still dreaming for another bite. A++ place
This is good food in a high end area of the city . I think the prices are fair for where it is at. The lay out is good. The service was top notch. Nice Cuban feel with salsa playing in the background
Pricey but as authentic as it gets. Try the taste of Victor if you'd like to try a little of everything. $49. Lechon is awesome.
ropa vieja and Lechon were great. Lechon had a nice piece of crispy skin . Not greasy at all. Instead of bread they have plantain chips . Excellent. Tres leches to die for.
Great Cuban food , great location, great drinks, amazing house band (if it's still Son de Cuba), their waitstaff is mostly friendly & the bartenders are sweet. Owners are awesome. Mgmt: stuck up...
The vaca frita is amazing, the passion fruit mojitos are delicious and served with real sugar cane , and EVERY dessert is worth breaking your diet for.
Many of the dishes at Victor’s are still made with old family recipes . Some of the highlights: succulent lobster empanadas , chicken skewers with spicy mango sauce and sweet tres leches cake .
We live near Time Square, what do you expect? Pretty good food in a fun space with delicious cocktails . Pitcher of sangria will do you well ????
Great lively environment. Very friendly service . The El Fuerte cocktail was sweet and delicious. The saffron rice and chicken bowl I had was good but not great.
Start with the bartolitos , then the Cuban sandwich . Order a pitcher of sangria . Finish with the dulce de leche dessert .
Everything at this place is good. It is my favorite restaurant . I talk about it so much that when i say im hungry my children say yea we know you want victors right lol
All things plantain !!! Ask for the Dulce de Leche sauce with any dessert you get! ;)
Stumbled upon this place by pure chance and found a live band playing during happy hour . I highly recommend this place. Everything is good.
Recommended for cocktails and appetizers . The steak is your standard skirt steak found at many latin restaurants but it does not warrant the high price. Avoid the paella . Go with the Cuban classics
Ceviche with snapper , mango and avocado $16, salmon with pineapple salsa and corn purée. Skip tres leches .
Great Cuban food . The menu is a little pricey , but worth every bite. I recommend the ropa vieja for dinner . The churros are delicious for dessert .
Awesome atmosphere and aromas from this delicious Cuban joint. Try the not so cheap pitcher of Sangria and the lobster empanadas .
Steak and eggs Cuban style ! Love my ropa vieja ! And the mojitos are pure perfection as usual
Victor's is in a great location and their pre theatre prix fixe menu brilliant. Get the ropa vieja , some sangria , and stick around to enjoy the live music .
Table by the bar with live music - great and the appetizers were delicious. Excellent Ceviche .
Great food, good service , long wait times to be seated (even with reservation ). Give yourself time- the food is worth it.
As seen on Love & Hip Hop -- The places where Ebro calls himself schooling Jen and Raqi on not being bimbos on the radio . http://on.vh1.com/17Fda6B
Go before a Broadway show. Tell them your showtime and even if you're cutting it close they'll make sure to get your food out with time to spare.
Loved the oxtail with potato purée but stay for the drinks
Fantastic brunch spot . Make sure to try churros with three sauces and café con leche for dessert .
I'm a regular here. I always get the Bartolito and Croquetas . The Rabo Encendido and Ropa Vieja are delicious as well .
Great food and drinks but the portions are small and the drinks not too strong. Great setting and location.
I love the red sangria here. The service and the food is always fantastic
Enjoyed the various appetizers , drinks, Churrasco and Ropa Vieja
Try the Croquetas Corral con salsa Lulu - Smoked ham croquettes with Lulu's savory sauce of roasted tomatoes and cachucha peppers
Try the Stuffed Piquillo Peppers - Roasted red peppers stuffed with picadillo , topped with melted Manchego cheese and Aged Balsamic
Ropa vieja andceviche were excellent. On the expensive end as far as Cuban food goes
Try the Bartolito - Sweet plantain filled with roast Berkshire pork , olives , and raisins over zesty black bean sauce and goat cheese
All of the food is absolutely incredible. I recommend the crab grits
Delicious Cuban food ! Good wine and yummy drinks!
Try the Classic Mojito - Complimentary "mini" Mojito to help celebrate Victor's 50th Anniversary in Manhattan. Thank you Antonio!
Honestly have not had anything I dislike...I just eat amazing tapas and drink yhe finest wine !
I live in miami, but I only eat Cuban food when I'm in nyc at Victor's. Always delicious.
Unbelievable restaurant !! Try the avocado appetizer and fried fritters ! Friendly staff !
Consistently delicious! I have yet to have a bad dish here
Get the sangria , ceviche , and vaca frita . Incredibly delicious Cuban food .
For a place that has been around forever, the food was fantastic. Very noisy and busy but great service and fantastic food!!
