Great menu and nice atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable . I'm actually very impressed with the menu. It's unique and everything is locally sourced . Awesome place!
Modern Canadian food . Food Day Canada specials: Roasted pig tails decent, very meaty. Bison striploin good. Corn + chive fritters surprisingly good, having an interesting flavour.
Food Day: Lavender & goat cheese ice cream decent. Usually lavender flavour is weak. This was stronger: good balance with goat cheese , which wasn't too overpowering. Bee pollen added nice texture.
it's an exceptional experience. The food, the new courses, locally sourced ..... nice staff , great owner explaining every detail about his business.
Venison burger bit dry still quite tasty. Fries a bit undercooked. Daily soda : Chamomile Honey . Decent but flavour would be more pronounced without carbonation; flavour was mild & so was overshadowed
Pear and Blue Cheese Pizza with a side Salad of fresh greens goat cheese and pickled rhubarb
