The eponymous noodles are fantastic, and everything else on the menu looks great, too. Remodeled interior (used to be a teriyaki place) and fast service . Will definitely be back regularly.
Their noodles are handmade and it's very noticeable. I haven't been to another noodle place that has such good noodles for the price.

The General Tso's chicken is incredible. Spice level 2 (of four) is not terribly spicy . The noodles are stellar.
