This hotel service at valet parking and check in/out is the best I have ever had, anywhere. Each and every attendant had amazing interpersonal skills. Other hotels should take lessons.

It's hard to find a reason to get a hotel room when the hotel is 2 miles from my house. But Iron Horse had about 26 reasons. Coolest hotel in Milwaukee. Worth staying at even if you live here.

Amazing hotel , best staff ever. But skip breakfast in the library if you're short on time. Takes a while.
The servers seem to forget the 4sq check-in specials and need reminders when you pay.
