Why leaving a tip...it´s an Apple store! There is nothing to ad to this, except the fact, that it is located perfectly in the heart of the inner city , between Hauptwache and Alter Oper.

Free WIFI here as well . Found what I was lookin 4.. Remember to keep yr receipt for the VAT @ airport . Headsets r cheaper in the States ?

This Apple Store has 2 floors, and a glass stairway in the back. I liked this location, although it doesn’t stand out in the street. Easily overlooked.

Nice 2 story store in the heart of the walkplatz. It's better to make an appt to be seen for problems with your Products. They are very helpful and most speak English well .

Had an odd experience at the store. The salesman insisted that I cannot touch and feel the Apple watches displayed on the table. So I bought the watch from Saturn store.

Is there anything to say ? Just a perfect place for electronics lover.

Very vast area to examine all apple products and interest of all staffes is very nice. Like it really:-)

The place to be for the apple lover right in the city centre close to the opera house.

Closed on Sundays !! You need to book an appointment, if you have any maintenance issues !!

Nice store. Service from staff can be very hit or miss. Had both really friendly staff , and occasionally a hard time even getting ahold of someone to pay.

even with Apple Care Plus, you need an appointment to get your device repaired/ replaced. Not a pleasant visit.

Termine an der Genius-Bar werden meist ohne Wartezeit eingehalten und man bemüht sich dort sehr, das jeweilige Problem zu lösen.
