This place serves some hard-to-find Xanxi fare. Go for the liangpi (涼皮) and the pao mo (泡饃).
Friends from Xi'an assure me that this is the closest you can to home in the Bay Area. The food is certainly fresh and very tasty. Get the Qishan Saozi Mian
Closed these days because they have to fix interior walls; tried to go last night and had to settle for less authentic Chinese cuisine :(
